Everyday I wake up and hate myself. I wonder why God made me the way I am. So many people around the world are living in constant suffering and pain only they can understand. So many people(like me) have brains that are wired in a way to make others around you hate you for just existing and being in there presence. I starting to lose all the faith i've had in God because of this.

If you mean the Christian God, He created everything good. Suffering entered the world as a result of the fall of man.
It doesn't make sense to believe or not to believe in Him based on how good or easy your life is. Read about Job and the Sermon at the Mount.
If He doesn't exist everything is just random cause and effect of atoms bumping into each other and all is finite and ultimately meaningless, so why even complain?
If He does exist, you can be sure there's divine providence and justice and all you have to do is follow His teachings and you will have your reward in the afterlife. This world is not where it's at and is only a stepping stone to the eternal life in Christ which starts here when you enter His Church. Be grateful for your life and what you have and know God loves you because you're His child.
Judgement is God's, not ours. If you judge your own appearance as negative, that is an issue with you, not God. As far as the things in this world, like pain and suffering, why children get sick, why some seemingly are perfect while some are cripple and disfigured, that's not for you or I to understand or even try to explain.
We all have our walk. We all have our unique differences that make us unique. Hating of ones own self however isn't the viewpoint of any external entity but of your own machinations. Instead of searching for answers from the outside look within.
God created Us exactly how we are, it is not for us to understand, it is for us to embrace our own self and give thanks for the grace of God whom created Us.

It's not just me that judges it as a negative, its the world. It's made my whole life miserable and insufferable. Imo A loving god wouldn't create people to live a life full of pain.

If you consider you are an eternal being, and this life is just a blip, then everything shifts. You chose yourself to come here, including what body you would get, your parents / family, and what general challenges you would be exposed to. Since we know so little about the other side, we are not able to see the true purpose, and if you did it would destroy the ability to experience and grow the way you planned to. "Life" here is not the true life, it's just an adventure and existence you have agreed to make because you wanted to and it should bring value to your spirit. If you chose a hard life, you are a very brave spirit that wanted to learn and grow with experiences that this unique life will present you.
