Was visiting the local trader Joe's l, while walking by the eggs I stopped and noticed all the eggs except one organic free range, only said "eggs" no references or pictures of hens or chickens. Is this new since they snuck in tue new breeds during all the arson attacks and diseases??

The new thing is showing pictures of chickens or referencing how they were raised. But all conspiracy theorists should be raising their own chickens, they are an incredibly reliable source of incredibly nutritious food and they will do double duty as pest control
Not exactly a doable thing for someone who rents a apartment in the city.
And on top of that, there are alot of pitfalls to being a noob chicken owner I guess. Apparently just a tiny bit of mold, say from landscaping wood chips, can kill them rather quickly. Then things like marek's disease and whether you are gonna vaccinate the chickens or not bla bla.
Definitely something Id get into if I had the space to do it. I dont think I could slaughter animals I have taken care of though, but Id have no problem eating eggs or milking a cow.
Yes you need some small amount of property to do it (though bantams of the right breeds can handle a very, small amount of space) and you need to do a modicum of research and planning to not just get them all killed, but it's rather simple overall
