My deal was learned from a camp I went to, I made my own 60 min track, slow and fast music, techno trance mostly, I like one or two 10 min strait fast parts, you sweat. It's a work out. Some long slow parts are cool too, what u like.
You can cramp up and it can hurt. Make sure to take it slow and understand the edge. A person to monitor and stretch your arms and fingers, you need someone there to make sure you're ok because you can be quite out of it at times.
