Yes, high powered lasers exist. High powered IR or UV lasers that are invisible to the human eye exist. And they absolutely will light things on fire. Cheaper than you might think. Temu. Amazon. eBay.
Make sure you wear proper laser goggles and most importantly, have fun!
Yeah, I've seen laser lights on YT you can purchase or modify that burns things. I'm sure there's far more capable ones by militaries and who knows if they've already been used (probably have been).
