If I understand correctly "national clearance" needed to get a job for military contractors and other critical industries. Also it is obvious that overall people with right views and critical thinking is way more successfull in research and development.
So, this means that government want to destroy most critical hi-tech industry. We had such thing in 90s, just with different approach (financial) but with same goal - to seriously damage R&D in critical industries.
Really, this and all other shit going looks like USA is under some external enemy control, just like late USSR and early RF was. In case of my country it was obvious who controlled it and do all that shit. In case of USA it is not so obvious. Even Israel, whose control over USA is obvious, hardly will do all that destructive stuff, because USA is Israel only protection from inevitable extermination as a state. So it is not beneficial for the Jews. There is also China, but Chineese influense is uncomparable with Jewish total control. Jews will not allow China pawns to put Jewish safety under any risk. So it have to be some entity which have more control over USA than Jews and may be over Jews themselves. Who could it be? Who is praised by both Western elites and Jews and control them? Not a simple question, or is it?
