No they are not interchangeable. You can cut off all carbs (keto) but you can't cut off almost all fats. There's a limit on how low on fat you can get before getting malnutrition. Why? Because carbs are only used for energy while fats are essential building blocks for your body. You are not a plant. If you can't research the science behind that claim on your own there's no saving you. Sadly, one of the symptoms of fat starvation is brain function deterioration so you've entered a vicious cycle.
