The logistics of an actual tunnel boring machine are so far beyond what is being depicted, it's laughable.
The video seems fake, edited. Boring machines move extremely slowly and require a water supply
I have no inside information, but I wouldn't doubt we have tunnels connecting a large number of military bases
I don't doubt it so much because if I were planning national defense it would be a priority. Perhaps it's only some bases in the great plains area. We have the technology, it's the logistics that would be the biggest obstacle. Every nation has tunnels as part of its defense network. The extent is the question

Remember, you need to be a citizen with no felony conviction to work on a military base or project. If the workers don't see it as nefarious, they are less likely to talk about it. I've long had a saying, " I believe in conspiracies, but I also believe 99.9995% are for our good". Most workers never see the entire project, only a small portion so they really don't have anything to talk about anyway
There are official government photos of these mammoth boring machines operating in the 60's and 70's. I would say Google it, but that doesn't work anymore. I'm sure they are out there somewhere.
