BREAKING: @TMobile has quietly updated their TOS to include fines for content they don’t agree with. Beginning on January 1, 2024, they will be fining users who commit perceived violations on their bandwidth. Who knew in America that the phone providers wo...
I don't think this will go very far if at all. good luck trying to fine people. Just ignore the fine. T-Mobile might get sued into oblivion.
Imagine believing that.
Also, obligatory comment on a holiday so that an admitted homosexual is thrown into an apoplectic rage.
And this is why the Obama ICANN sellout goes completely unopposed.
I mean how are they going to be sued? The people who’ll get the fines are people who are phishing and extorting. Read the terms of service.
It is a crime to extort or phish and it is a civilly punishable cause of action to send spam and scams (scams can also be a crime).
So the people who’ll get fined are being fined for sending messages like ‘ill expose your nudes if you don’t pay me such and such amount’ or ‘dear sir I’m phoning from the bank of India sir this is much imperative do the needful recently sir a rich westerner sir died in a plane crash so the needful sir and he left everything to you so sir give your bank account details’.
Imagine sending texts like that and then publicly giving your name and address to a court case when you get slapped with a fine lol. The moment these pajeet scammers turn up to court to challenge tmobiles fine they’ll be arrested by the FBIs fraud squad.
I have T-Mobile and they’ve censored links about Hillary’s emails and about hunter bidens laptop in the 2016 and 2020 elections. Also vaccine stuff during peak Covid hysteria. I’d send a link via sms and they’d just never get it. We verified it by talking on other platforms and repeating the links too.
Yep one of the qtard sites would always fail the text back in the day.
Lmao
This is just for mass message campaigns, and is reported by recipients
Exactly this. The tweet is misleading. It’s for spams, scams and extortion (for example: send money or your nudes will be spread over Reddit).
The PUC and NSA were never mentioned in the article. Best believe they’re the decision makers. TMobile isn’t poo
