I personally think they will do anything to stop Trump, arrest him, cook up bullshit charges, drag him through the courts, etc.
In the end they'll probably just have the 1am mail in ballots ballots fix the issue

True, the larger two party show has been going on longer than any of us have been alive. But we're now almost 9 years into the Trump arc and despite being at fever pitch the whole time both sides think they're about to clinch it, whether it be the "We've got Orange Man this time!" crowd or the "Deep state is fukt Trump's got them cornered" crowds. Both have thought they were one tiny step from decisive victory for 9 years

The USA is not a democracy, it is a republic. Same with Greece and Rome. If they are looking for democracy they're probably looking for Maoist communist revolutionaries killing people left and right in China like in the 60s.

Just like stealing the 2020 election, why make the steal so obvious? it was well known Joe Biden was not playing with a full deck in 2019. Why him? Dems had several other candidates in 2020. If you're going to steal the election, and they did ... at least nominate someone sane? WH is not a mental institution. Same with J6 so called "insurrection", nothing but a staged event.
