Huge difference! Every other religion considers non believers to be humans just misguided. Maybe they think they will go to hell and all but they still look at people of other faiths as humans just like them.
JUDAISM on the other hand does NOT! They think of people of other religions as non-humans created on the shape of humans just so they can serve them better. They basically look at all other non Jews as animals. Literally! This affects their whole world perception. BTW you cannot convert to Judaism because an animal cannot become human, it's ethnicity mixed with religion.

Edit: Those few who are allowed to "convert" are special cases. i.e. They believe that when a Jew murders another Jew, he will reincarnated as bacteria, then insect, then animal, then animal shaped as human (goy, Christian for example), then when he converts to Judaism he has completed his punishment. That's why Jews do not preach their religion. You cannot preach it to animals (in their mind)
