You don't. You simply don't get enough clout without those. Who knows about Nitter and Bitchute? Me don't.
Oh and remember that Nitter and Bitchute will be gone and its owners will be executed at no time.
You still sticked to centralized services that in general are no any different from mainstream ones.
If you are too lazy to find out something else and don't bother to care about your privacy and freedom, then why should other care?

And what are the odds of making your presence known using Nitter and other alternatives? Are the people, the wide folk you want to awaken so much there? Also are you sure those are not honeypots funded by Trump or Bannon?
