I don't want to believe that every mass casualty event is pre-planed by psychopaths within our own government (#anotherinsidejob), but "coincidences" like this REAAALLLY does't help.
[Pelletier has served the Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department for the past 22 years in numerous capacities. He oversaw the K-9 and SWAT units and served as commander of the Convention Center Area Command, which is responsible for the Las Vegas “strip.”
In 2017, Pelletier notably served as the incident commander for the One October mass casualty event in Las Vegas. His Deputy Chief selection, Hank, was also part of the command for the incident and provided after-action presentations across the country on preventing, responding to, and mitigating similar active shooter events.]
Well, the sheriff at the time was Joe Lombardo, and he would have outed this Pelletier if there was any kind of "funny business" about this mass casualty event.
I mean, do you really think a scum-sucking dirtbag who cooperated in staging a fake-ass "shooting" could get elected Governor of Nevada last November? No way, Jose.

Sometimes during critical incidents, such as a mass shooting, particularly one that happens at night, there is not a high ranking officer on duty. Therefore the highest rank on duty at the time takes over and sets everything up (the role of commander in this instance) and serves as the "acting commander" until relieved, if deemed necessary. So he may not have reached the rank of commander, but he filled the role in the time of need.
Is there proof or sauce for anything that you’re claiming here or are you just speculating/shilling?

I'm not familiar with this dude's history in particular, but I personally have experience with a large LE agency, and that's how things are done. It looks like he never made the rank of commander but was the acting commander of the Vegas shooting. It's also the cause of many pissing matches when the fire chief shows up to an arson, or when the FBI/ATF/USMS show up to something major because they don't want to deal with the shift lieutenant in charge, they want the Sheriff or Police Chief.

Where is the sauce for this statement? Why do I only see shills making this claim (and other claims from self-assigned authority) but without providing actual evidence or proof?

#nocoincidences
Except that, this guy was never a Commander in Las Vegas.
I guess that reposting screenshots is easier than doing some basic fact-checking.
Is the article incorrect?

Congratulation, Governor Joe Lombardo!
Man, that's crazy...
You catch the game?
Lol nice
I can't find any info linking this guy to the Las Vegas massacre. If you have something, please share.

He was a Captain, not a Commander. Captain is 4 ranks under a Commander.
Now why would someone make something like this up?
What are the odds that this is a lie?
Wait is the article incorrect?

OP posted a link to a tweet claiming that he was a Police Commander.
Police Commander is a specific rank. He was a Police Captain.
Being in command of something doesn't mean that your rank is Commander.
