to add: Titanic was insured by the same company that insured the Hindenburg AND WTC on 9/11 (also MH17, MH370)
as with the WTC/HB they paid out without investigation
the exact! coordinates to the Titanic wreck are NOT public (you would need to ask James Cameron)
Jew media had the story already prepared and pushed it way too early
the water in April is 15 degrees celsius in that region (member icy lips DiCaprio? that was bullshit)
Icebergs were NEVER spotted again in that region where she allegedly sunk
wreck footage was filmed in a studio that explains why there are NO fishes seen anywhere
the wreck was literally found by a monkey (((they))) are fucking with us)
now they say they found a bacterium on the titanic that eats the steel away so the wreck will vanish in 10 years
this bacterium was only found to eat on the titanic wreck (sure Moshe)
according to the story Guggenheim a Billionaire jew refused to enter an empty Lifeboat (46 places were free) and instead sunk with the ship and let his wife escape with the money, hello? nigger are you awake?
(((Jacob))) Astor also rich billionaire gigajew industrialist allegedly sinks with the ship, his life insurance is paid out (he only faked it same as Guggenkike)
Titanic ship was moved to Germany where it was rebuild, mothballed and then sold to the US after WW1 and it became the USS Imperator

Good work mate(no pun intended) but just to add - The Titanic was also built with either SMASHING or BOUNCING OFF of ice bergs in mind. What do I mean? It was reinforced on the front with(steel I would suspect) to either SMASH small ice bergs or BOUNCE OFF of big Ice berg. It was called 'The Un-Sinkable Ship' for a reason... The 'official story' is that the captain decided to 'dodge' the glaciar instead if SMASH or BOUNCE OFF OF IT, because he didn't want to 'disturb the guests' lol...
If this is true, what the actual fuck?
Yeah if true I would avoid anything insured by that company.

U.S. Code Title 28 PART VI CHAPTER 176 SUBCHAPTER A § 3002 (15) is the part of the law where the "United States" is defined as any authorized agent acting on behalf of the country in their official capacity for the purposes of a legal action. For example the DOJ prosecuting Snowden would be listed as "United States v Snowden"
It does NOT make the country into a corporation.
No, it literally says (1) A Federal corporation.
It does indeed define the United States as that.
No, it say that a federal corporation or department or commission or board or instrumentality of the United States can be listed as "United States" in a legal document, such as the example I gave with the DOJ. It does not turn the country into a corporation or department or commission or board or instrumentality.
The U.S. does everything a corporation does, does it not? The only difference is that it is "too big to fail", even though it's completely financially insolvent.
Why do you want this to be true so much that you're trying to make any argument, no matter how stupid, of possible ways it could be construed as true even though it clearly isnt?
Why would I "want" it to be true? LOL, that's REALLY crazy.
It doesn't sound like "any argument" to me, it sounds as though you just can't counter it LOL.
Dude, even on Wikipedia they argue these things under the very definitions of nation and state.
But, try to make it about me, sure. LOL
Still, the U.S. is indeed a corporation.
It's a "body of people".
None of this presents a compelling argument, either way.
Your best angle would be to point out that the plain reading of text usually has no bearing on the interpretation of law. You'd then need to present case law and try to establish your point.
Actually, it's a group of people organized as a single entity, the definition of a corporation.
It can sue and be sued.
No case law needed.
Your arrogance is why you'll never make a point that's even reasonable.
Case law is always needed. You can't have words just say what they mean, not in the US legal system. You can claim whatever you want but it will always be without foundation.
Case law is not always needed.
It's called basic logic, not trying a case.
You didn't respond to what I said, instead preferring to insult me.
It can sue and be sued as a single entity.
And yes, I can claim what I want, with plenty of foundation. The US is a corporation meant to squeeze the most profit out of their slaves, I mean workers.
But go ahead, you can have fun digging through case law if you want. Who gives a shit about case law in a two-tier legal system? Wanna know why I got out of law?
LOL
Capt. Smith was also a secret jesuit...
Gotta crack a few eggs
