I have taken great care in my life for years to refer to the period of time starting in March 2020 "the government lockdowns" or "the government mandates". Because when people say "covid" or the "pandemic" they're reinforcing the conditioning of the psyop and not acknowledging that it was really government action that caused so much pain and anxiety. People are more amenable to those phrases I mentioned before than they are to something like "the covid hoax" or the "2020 psyop" so it doesn't cause their programmed antagonism to the idea of covid being fake or exaggerated kick in
