The article clearly states she’s using it as a source of protein.
No one claimed that was the only element of the diet.
And honestly I wouldn’t be surprised to find out crickets were healthier than factory farmed meat.
Everyone knows insects are some of the best protein by weight and most of the world already consumes insects for protein.
