I will say, this more closely resembles tiffany than the most current one does.
Perhaps its just the weight gain, her face looks awfully puffy and she has gained a few lbs. I know shaving my facial hair off can radically alter my appearance, so I know weight can do the same thing.
The eyebrows are the only thing that look similar, besides the blue eyes, but thats easy enough to do when they are manicured.
I dont think its the same person, but it could be. The tiffany that feinted on stage coulda been my sisters twin. The girl in the interview looks nothing like my sister.
My guess is maybe she had a bad adverse reaction and was told to disappear until it disappeared.

This is what annoys me: Forget Tiffany for a second. There have to be dozens or even hundreds of people who could have verified her existence, but none of them did.
If I worked with her or knew her and could provide proof of life, you bet your ass I would have said something publicly about how she is fine. Any of the hundreds of patients who were at the hospital over the two years and encountered her could have reported that she is alive and well.

What I'm assuming her comments (in this video) are alluding to is that "they" did not want her to make a statement about how she was fine and then all of a sudden she dies after saying she's fine, which would then be an even bigger deal. The whole entire thing is bullshit though, because I don't even think this is the same person. if Tiff was alive all this time, how come her husband changed his marital status on one of his social media accounts shortly after Tiff didn't die?
