Just get fresh produce. Try to find local butcher shop for meat freshly carved. Grow your own garden even if you're not good at it. It's not rocket science. If you have some land, put some animals on it that you might eat if you are hungry. Plant trees that bear fruit.
Any food that comes in container and looks like it was sprayed with chemicals or mixed with synthetic ingredients or chemicals or concocted in a lab somewhere don't buy it. If you read the ingredients and don't understand how to even pronounce half the shit in it, don't eat it.
