No, we're getting infrastructure destroying storms, like 8 of them in one summer.

There is speculation about HAARP and weather manipulation, but without that there is still evidence of malfeasance.

Such as:

• Government rules prohibiting the burning off of slash from the forestry industry resulting in piles of debris blocking waterways in storms worsening floods then breaking free and sweeping through towns and fields destroying infrastructure and killing people.
• Deliberate downplaying of armed gangs robbing and looting in affected areas.
• Dams releasing water during a flood instead of beforehand
• Obvious poor flood planning

There are also suspicions/rumours of intentional dams (piles of felled trees upriver).

Worth noting that the worst affected areas were our highest food producing areas.

On top of all that, we are getting tons of food processing plants burnt down too and our switch to no cage-eggs was somehow not prepared for despite being arranged years in advance and happened to coincide with everyone's home chickens struggling to lay, which also seemed to have happened in the states.
