Many people are pushing the H.A.A.R.P. belief, with a claim that the energy collected in the ionosphere can be focused and delivered.

This also implies that the control is fairly accurate and a variety of other associated beliefs, personally I reject most of it.

Yes you can store energy there and maybe with the proper medium deliver it. I doubt you can control it with any precision, I doubt it is enough to cause serious geological change.

My take here is that, it would be off the rails if it actually worked like these people pretend, there would be sign all over the planet, these criminals would never be able to contain themselves.

Not to mention, there would be significant preamble that would be noted by anyone with any degree of equipment.

In the time since its inception a variety of effects have been observed and none of the fantasy stuff has yet been reported.

Separate and apart from everything you mention, I challenge and compel myself to account for events such as this:

Turkey's President Erdogan Says Western Missions Will 'Pay' For Closures (IBT 2/6/2023)

Ankara summoned the ambassadors of nine countries on Thursday to criticise their decisions to temporarily shut diplomatic missions and issue security alerts. Turkish officials said the following day that Western nations, including the United States and Germany, had not shared information to back up their claims of a security threat.

Note that there is no mention of the quake, so this was literally published the very day. I understand judgments may differ, but I personally have nearly universally forsworn resort to mere happenstance as an explanation for anything.

I am skeptical that those channels would be privy to such an attack, also skeptical that such a forward action would precede such a secret attack, are those people worth it to these criminals?

So, I would be more inclined to accept that they were prepping to do a thing and then perhaps this threw that off and that could explain why there has been no action.

All just my opinion and I could be absolutely wrong, stranger things have happened.

I am not clear on how critical any damage may have been to meaningful future enterprise, which is really the only thing I could use to lean towards an intentional act.

Turkiye is a linchpin between Europe and Asia. Some would say that if it withdrew, the hugely important Cabal asset NATO would fall apart. For his part, Erdogan seems to me to be an entirely political animal, going so far as to cooperate with ISIS in Syria.

That's the context for the tug of war between the Neo-Imperialists and Russia. It seemed a while back, Erdogan hitched his cart to a different horse, and we see evidence of that with events such as:

Türkiye agrees to withdraw troops from Syria following Moscow talks – media (RT 12/31/2022)

For the West, this went "too far". The carrots no longer being effective, the sticks came out:

Turkey alleges US complicity in deadly Istanbul bombing, rejects condolence statement (The Hill 11/14/2022)

He didn't change course after a slap on the wrist, nor after a firm spanking. Now They let him know real punishment is ahead.

Honestly that is just the tip of the iceberg, in this tumultuous history between the parties; there has always been discontent.

I always felt that there is a certain jealousy around the actions in Syria and Turkiye wants to have a better degree of control and autonomy over what is happening there.

There is the obvious fact as you have mentioned, In Turkiye I suspect they also recognize this hate emanating towards them from the EU and nato, so the shift has been gradual and constant for I think a considerable amount of time.

Losing Turkiye, would be the quickest way to nail up the nato coffin. There is really nothing left in that alliance as it stands now, all the criminals corrupting the countries involved has led to a point of weakness that is going to take decades to recover from.

They thought they had shit covered with the jets, but have since learned that it's a shitty plan.

No. Where is the next bounce. If a tectonic plate quakes. Where is the next bounce.

There is no accuracy to this. Nobody on this planet can predict this.

After Turkey hit, 2 days later the bounce hit New Zealand. The bounce hasn't stopped. Where both quakes and volcanic activity has increased in our current solar medium and planetary alignment. Where our Planetary magnetic shield has weakened. True North is moving. They're calling this who knows but it's a huge combination of things. But largely cosmic alignment and a solar cycle.

The same plate Turkey has increased in frequency like the rest. Turkey has had major quakes how many times in the last 10 years. Not as big as the current, but how many, almost yearly. What about Iran and Italy, Indonesia, the Americas, New Zealand etc. Increasing or decreasing?

Yes I agree with the article in so much as we aren't through any activity at all. It has increased and quite possibly bigger seismic events are due.

So captain stupid we can call him directs an energy weapon, what has he achieved, that tuning fork is going to keep vibrating, where next? Then what?

If they've developed such a weapon, possible, all they've succeeded in doing is creating even more activity, and they will sooner have no handle on it. It will eventually hit them, their plate, bouncing back. Large enough it puts countless at risk. Volcano. Bigger quakes in large density, oceans hitting coasts etc etc.

Personally, I would accept that solar input is the most responsible for all the significant tectonic activity we have.

Also general interstellar energy may come into play also.

But, it is pretty hard to produce evidence so it is just a belief and an assumption.

Still the best guess imo.

You're operating under the assumption that they cannot direct earthquakes.
