They seen something at the observatory's. I remember one of the rumors going around that they had just installed some new equipment for looking at xrays or something and thats what the government agents were up on the towers removing.
It was either aliens or something like planet 9, which may be a brown dwarf bombarding us with things like xrays and other high energy particles. :Shrugs:
The video is just some guy walking around one of the observatories showing how thoroughly it was shut down. I was hoping for leaked observatory footage.
