The only more or less high rank western plants in positions are set by Putin - Nabiullina from CB, Suluanov from Finance Ministry and Popova from Health Supervision, but they have zero chance to overlast Putin since all of them are hated by industrialists, military and politicians who demand their resignation or even criminal prosecution.
