The most effective non-violent way to quasi-neutralize these vehicles and on-foot goons and break their resolve is with:
paint filled water balloons - hinders the outward visibility of the vehicles and foot soldiers through their riot shields and face shields.
oil filled water balloons - at the goons and the vehicles. hinders the sightlines of the vehicles and the goons through their clear riot shields and face shields. Also makes goons footing slippery and makes them unable to hold on to their beating sticks effectively.
dish soap filled water balloons - same as oil filled balloons as above.
Blinding weapons, not really a road people will be happy going down. Just remember who has the biggest lasers. You're going to need helmets with cameras and internal screens to protect your eyes.
A decent laser pointer can blind you even if your eyes are closed.

I've got one- traffic cones work great for capping tear gas canisters
yeah, and pouring water down the open end to extinguish it. i saw that from the Antifa/BLM goons before the police werent told to stand down.
