But there are increasing workarounds, on what is being considered natural. There is very dark science being done. But nobody will admit to it. China closed down its record of artificial human birth. However there is simply no science to date that allows male humans to birth. There are theories in the scientific journal, and attempts on rodents, but nothing viable.
