I think you are right about producing enough high iq people to advance technology as fast as possible the last century or two. And the west formed meritocracies humans never had before, that still retained elite control mechanisms. All this sped up our technology development. However, now they will not longer need or desire a population with a decent iq. They want to mix us into eurasian-african mongrels with no ancestral culture, that will be slaves that are easy to control. I think they want us in the 70-90 iq range. Of course there will be elite who do not mix with the slaves and are far more intelligent.

It's an interesting theory, but it's hard to rectify with some of the stuff these same powers do (e.g., take a known +100 IQ cohort and bring ~80 IQ mongrels into their towns, and then encourage them to mix). In order to get from there to the evolutionarily path you're describing, there is an inordinate effort required, compared to some more obvious vectors.

It's no longer made for you, but you just get taxed for it. It has inserted a woke theme, with an equal opportunity cast, hang on it's not your opportunity. You just paid for shit. No sooner has it blown everywhere else. Because eventually the population will become threatening to both profit and their control. It seeks a number of amends, causing more debts, higher taxes, and now they're losing control. Better send in the headsman and hang draw and quarter all these woke themes. No. Who cares today. There's bullshit everywhere. It ends no where good. More dystopia, higher inflation, increasing conflict, and the stench of it. Another tipping point brought on by technology surpassing the current methods of a much larger population getting crushed by it assuming control.
