The idea I'm attempting to propose is that this is now becoming you don't have a choice for your body.
The idea of my body my choice was nice but then why did you have sex?
We can slowly see the conundrum.
I do believe in my body my choice. Sex can result in grossness from a humanbeing like bacteria and other grossness.
I want to know at this point how much the government should have control over your actions or your body. I do think to some certain extent it should but, if my government is corrupt, I have no ability to correct it other then "voting". I could take the violence route but I am getting monitored for that.
I am wondering why roe v wade right now. Specifically after the whole covid fiasco.
Though it feels nice to rub in the faces of those who believed in "my body my choice
I however think there is malicious ideas behind it.
I'd propose the idea that we preach equality for different people. This idea has worked well for me recently based off of one experiment. The word equality gets their emotions going.
I suppose, if you kill a baby that was the product of rape, you'd have two victims instead of one
So, what is the verdict then? Forbid it?
Is it an acceptable trade-off that an innocent human being dies due to the possible mental health issues of a woman burdened with the child of rape that she need not even raise? One is a temporary issue, the mental health, while the death of the child is permanent. Think of it as the "suicide is the permanent solution to a temporary problem" calculus. So yes, abortion in cases of rape should be against the law.
Note, in good faith, this presumes that it's not "regret rape" and that the woman doesn't take a morning after pill, which would make it worse to kill a baby.
The tricky moral issues are things like women who find out they have cancer while pregnant, or an ectopic pregnancy that may kill her.
