There are tests in many African countries, but most Africans aren't taking them because why would they? They don't have a TV shoving fear-mongering propaganda down their throats all day every day.
Most of them live in overcrowded shacks, in highly populated shanty towns, and take overloaded minibus taxis to work every day. Most have never used masks or social distanced, regardless of having mandates or not.
Nothing has changed for the average African in the last 2 years, even though a deadly virus supposedly was going to wipe them all out. Way more people die from being murdered every day. Why would they worry about getting tested or jabbed?
Then there's also the fact that many of them know better than to trust their government. They have never been able to trust their government, so why would they start doing so now?
Except we should be seeing trends that mirror the rest of the world in the data that is available. We're not seeing that, especially in countries that heavily depend upon ivermectin.
I think it's because malaria is common in Africa, and all the treatments for COVID being banned elsewhere are also malaria treatments. Plus there's a belief that AIDS was spread by injection in Africa, so they might be avoiding the jab.
I think there's a correlation between ventilator use and COVID deaths, they're not safe, it's a holdover from the "iron lung" days, it's a treatment that is doing more harm than good.
Early on in covid I asked a surgeon friend of mine if he'd go on ventilator set on high pressure as a healthy person, and he said fuck no. Best case scenario is lung damage, like they were attributing to covid.
If you casually look down the list, a large number of African nations only have access to Oxford/AstraZeneca and there is surely not enough to go around.

I know that several African nations kicked out the WHO and refused the vaccines. Apparently several leaders in Africa did more scientific scrutiny than their "modern" counterparts and actually sent test of fruit and animals back for analysis and they all came back positive. After this they banned the WHO from entering the country.
