I live on green tea. You need to make sure you buy organic, non-GMO tea leaves though. If you can’t find them, look for a local apothecary and bag the leaves yourself. If you don’t get non-GMO and organic, the tea leaves have the same or more pesticides on the leaves as coffee beans.
Does nature offer anything that "does not exist"? Nope. Does Nature require to believe anything offered? Nope.
How does one believe? By choice upon suggestion. What is needed for suggestion to believe? The choice of others making the suggestion.
What if choice cannot offer anything to other choices; since everything is already offered by nature? What if choice represents a reaction to balance, while the suggested choices of others represent the temptation to ignore balance?
I prefer White Tea since the tea plant has a strong tendency to absorb fluoride from the soil. White tea is the young virgin leaves as opposed to the fully-grown green leaves or the fermented black leaves, and is supposedly as healthy as the green.
I've also read that pine tea works the same like green tea. That could potentially be easier for some to get their hands on. If you live above a certain latitude you can literally just go and cut some new growth of any decent looking pine tree and make an infusion.
My buddy swears by the Tea Spot for their organic turmeric and green teas in bulk but I’ve never used them. I usually get mine from an organic market or local apothecary.

Nobody cares, because Covid 19 is not a disease curable by medicine.
It only goes away when we collectively believe it does not exist.
I care. Information is power.

Just don't get pure EGCG - too much of that you can overdose on and it will hurt you.
