If we really cared about disease risks in a statistical way, those with Tuberculosis would be forced to quarantine until they finished their entire regime of anti-biotics, and HIV infected people would be marked in the same way for avoidance that they want to mark the non-covid vaccinated.

They do have a vaccine for HIV. Can't remember where I heard about it. It's an mRNA vaccine which was never released due to it's side effects.
