It's the rest of Reddit as well. Reddit is an abomination to free speech. It is free press, broadcasting, designed to usurp and program. Where any user not agreeing with advertising, free press, is silenced and attacked. It loads bots and shills into every topic mouthing blind acceptance for the purpose of manipulating volume for advertising quotas, attacking all other debate and dissent, so every topic echoes. To get their paid quotas any shills faster off topic in chain conversations about unrelated bullshit. Reddit is also a purveyor of Chinese and Jihadist propaganda, usurping standing in attempts to divide. It silences all other genuine debate to simply echo so it can manipulate its assumed necessity.
It is a disingenuous shitpit which has almost no fact outside of its manipulated advertising. The posters on Reddit are mostly toxic stupid bots and shills. They are as dumb as Dixie having no knowledge, no experience, outside of a dumb wiki. Wiki they don't know how to research any further. It conflicts with the advertising they are paid to facilitate. Reddit is the worst invention on the planet. Worse than Twitter because Twitter has more dissent and debate until Jack Dorsey goes and bans everybody else not feltching. Reddit bans removes and manipulates in almost every sub hitting the mainpage offering nothing but pointless communist echoes.
Politics also destroyed reddit. Due some campaign finance loop hole they are allowed to campaign online. And correct the record came in and publicly admitted they had a budget of millions to push back for Clinton. Reddit was one of the sites listed. Over night politics on the site became a hell hole, and it's been that way since. Given how cheap it is to buy votes, it was probably extremely cheap political advertising. No doubt the admins of the site are totally in bed with the democrats and where ever the money is coming from. You had a literal publicly admitted troll army managing the narrative of the site, and all the admins cared about was a few links to websites they considered Russian disinformation. Clown world level of absurdity.
My account was permanently suspended for posting a link to election fraud in the r/Conservative sub... Reddit along with all other mainstream social media are nothing but propaganda machines owned and controlled by the cabal

One thing I noticed about Reddit discussions back when I used to browse that site a long time ago was an air of skepticism over unproven facts.
But all that just disappeared when it came to Covid. "Mood swings right after the vaccine? Coincidence! Death two days after the vaccine? Natural causes! THE SCIENCE IS SETTLED BIGOT!!!"
