The gist of the idea is based on the thought of CDC being the same as 343, if you use a simple alphabet letter-to-number substitution cipher.
343 Industries is the company that makes Halo. They are based in Redmond, Washington, and got the Halo franchise from Bungie. Of course, Halo is the hallmark franchise for the Xbox, which is made by Microsoft. Bill Gates co-founded Microsoft, and greatly to contributes to the WHO and has raised money for the CDC as well.
But I think it's a bit deeper than that. 343 Industries got its name from 343 Guilty Spark, and from that page...
"Guilty Spark is an artificial intelligence whose primary role, as designated by his Forerunner makers, is to maintain his ringworld Installation 04, also known as 'Halo' as its caretaker, and to contain any infestation of the parasitic Flood species via the activation of the Halo arrays, which destroys all life in the galaxy in the process."
The Guilty Spark is rather similar to an all-seeing eye, and is rather indifferent to destruction of life. Though it helps Master Chief at times, it doesn't hesitate in trying to kill him if their objectives don't match.
The Halo arrays themselves weren't made to destroy the Flood, but to destroy the biomass that they thrive on. So while a galaxy may be destroyed, it could still be later repopulated. Now, the Flood themselves are interesting. They are a parasitic species, and infect the host, living or dead, by driving spines into the them to access their nervous system. Life forms that are changed into Flood can also similarly infect others. In the Wikipedia article, it describes the Flood as being portrayed as a "fungal zombie", but they were "based on the behavior of viruses and some bacteria".
There's oodles more to this I'm sure, like I'm leaving out the aliens (Covenant), but I just wanted to leave with a final thought. The guy who voiced Guilty Spark called him a "bastard", and think about his role as described via the Wikipedia article...

On a separate note, I searched Halo and COVID when I made this post on Reddit, and got this post from the Coronavirus subreddit. Team Halo, helping end the pandemic. Never played it, and just read up on it. Pretty simple..."she" is Lilith, and that seems to have a bit of confirmation...the name of the working AI on the Marathon ship is Leela. Lullaby is also supposedly derived from the word Lilith.

Possibly Samael. That's why the place was like the Garden of Eden...so I would say it's probably a take on the Samael/Lilith origin story. There's also the idea that of course there was "two" Genesis stories with Adam...one with Lilith, and then Eve. Then Lilith was left to deal with Samael. Twin flames is a common occult/new age concept, so there's that too.
Also, it would be like Samael to envision himself as being mighty heroes throughout the ages, would it not? He's obviously not just Master Chief who whomever.
Lilith is interesting, because I Pet Goat II has the Alice in Wonderland character named Lily, who Bush and Obama are seemingly trying to entertain, and it implies a much deeper meaning behind Lilith and her current place in the hierarchy of things. I think Madame Q in that video is also Lilith, but in "old age" (has a wand, is a prostitute, etc.).
I'm not sure Lilith was a demon, but may have just consorted with demons. But there is a question of her not eating from the tree in the original garden, which may actually make her unaware of the boundaries of morality. I dunno. It's an interesting topic.
Leela in Futurama may be a reference to Lilith and her connection to the all-seeing eye, which would explain the reverence by Obama and Bush in the I Pet Goat video.
In Hebrew I think you can just do simple vowel substitution, so Lilu is effectively Leela.

I'm not really that familiar with the occult, but honestly, one of the weirder experiences I've had was quite brief...I went to sleep worrying one time about someone; I had had a very strange premonition that they were sick.
When I woke up, I had a strange buzzing in my ear, and it was loud and almost ringing. As it dissipated, it really resembled radio static, and at the tail end, I heard a voice saying "Shakti, she is not yours". Now, to be fair, it was a girl that I used to have a crush on. But the voice was shockingly imperative. And, to boot, I'd never heard the term Shakti before, but I instantly knew how to spell it after hearing it, and looked it up.
Now, I don't know if the voice was calling me Shakti, or it was an announcing of who was making the voice. On a side note, I had an Indian chemistry teacher with the name Narayan (which is a rather interesting Prodigy song). I also met the Dalai Lama once. But for growing up Catholic, I've had a lot of experiences outside that realm.

There are two female gymnasts that helped to win gold for their team, and the United States at the 1996 Olympics, that were both referred to as "Spark Plug" during those events. One of them is seen as the victor, while the other is seen as being responsible for the other girl's injures. She is the one viewed as guilty. Her # was 343.
The name Guilty Spark 343, may have well stemmed from this event.
