There is no way that set lighting could cause that with shadows. (one does see shadows in other time points, but this is physical position that cannot cause a shadow.)
If it is post-production alteration of regions it is incompetent.

While that is a valid question, mask technology is not that good but AI-based deep fake has been making incredible advances.
