It’s been dead for a while. Can’t even defend yourself from a troll or call someone a fag without getting a site wide ban for 3 days. But every other slur is acceptable

I dont understand. Conspiracy is a legal term to described an organized effort to commit crime. a mafia don and his associates, if found guilty in a court for putting a hit out on someone, would be charged with "Conspiracy to commit murder" or something along those lines. its obvious to most that internet threads dedicated to conspiracy theories are inhabited by a lot of paranoid delusions about aliens or the government. but even in those cases the proper response is not to demonize or vilify or banish those people from society. the fact that the same sort of people who are vilifying paranoid people for sharing their delusions with the world at the same time they are appeasing the false reality of people who suffer from gender dysphoria, militantly, is wild. but most importantly disabling smart thoughtful insightful people from uncovering and sharing evidence of high level organized criminal behavior of the most power people on the planet, is in principle aiding and abetting those people in their conspiring to do crime. this is completely unsustainable and incredibly dangerous.

I haven't used my account in 6 months. Went back yesterday to deactivate it. Reason- No longer useful or enjoyable. Real reason- The users left over are suffering from mass hysteria and are dangerous to themselves and others.
Bots started destroying the Reddit community back in 2013ish in my opinion. The censorship has only been increasing as the site grew and was dominated by left-wing funded VCs and others.
I can’t remember the tool, but basically you can see moderation activity on subreddits and it’s pretty eye opening as to how many posts are removed by mods that don’t violate any rules.

My favorite stories are those about how "toxic", "misogynistic" and "right wing" reddit is, and those were generally published this year long after T_D was banned. Those people genuinely believe that if you're not actively shouting slogans and praising coloreds and women, you're the worst kind of human.
