Gaza is of course not the end goal and the only hindrance for complete jewish world domination, but you cannot be the world most powerful state and have populations around you which are not 100% subdued, also if you want to send people of Gaza off to the Sinai in Egypt, you need to have them completely broken down so they can't negotiate any terms.
