I think he has a point, the problem is not with meat. It's with the jewish industrial way of producing it and the suffering that goes with it, a traditional farm chicken, or cow doesn't live a life long of misery and suffering. It's quite interesting, watched it the other day. But we probably should post this in a pilots forum to get an idea, if no significant amounts of fuel are spent in cruise then a pilot should be able to know this by his gauges/fuel reading.
Additionally any engineer should be able to verify if the wing structure can withstand the weight of the fuel.
