It is mainly designed to protect you from temporary problems. All babies are born with this thing in their blood, to protect them from the oxigen-deprivation at birth. Humans are producing this thing if they are terrified. And childer are terrified very easily. So they are torturing children and then take their blood. Why? Because they want to take over this after-life world. This other world is god itself. And they found a way to connect to it consciously. There is no time and space as here, so they have access to the past and to the future. But they can't change anything - yet....
Oh many of them are believing that the white women are waiting just for them. And that leads to rape. And you only need some minor legislative changes to encoruage that rape culture. "That is a cultural thing. We should respect their culture! We have to be tolerant!" they will say
