I've been watching evidence that salt is not a big deal for decades now. For most people, there has never been strong evidence that salt was a big danger. Results that found probs were mostly either correlational with high salt eaters also eating a SAD diet or were in peeps with impaired kidney function. Other studies showed only about 3 percent of peeps had much blood pressure change when they ate high salt diets, the rest had only tiny transient changes, not enough to worry about when walking up a flight of stairs has far more effect. Also I found a fair amount of data showing a low salt diet was correlated with increased all cause mortality. Salt is an important electrolyte and you sweat it out when you exercise, you can literally die if your body runs too low on sodium. Also if you look at salt intake across generations, it has not changed much overall. So maybe think hard about why you assume this study is disinfo, maybe the truth is big pharma has been lying to you all this time, saying you need statins and blaming your probs on salt intake when that was not the real cause of your probs.

I see peeps on both sides trying to pretend the geopolitics there are as simple as a foot ball game, plenty of shills on both sides of the fence.

Thanx! How long did it take to notice improvement? I have used Lugols 2% but used more drops, did not notice anything but I only tried it for a few days.

Yeah seems to work good unless you want anti russia stuff or local results like the coffee shop down the street.

Yeah the ISS video is way better quality than this but it still has fishy stuff. But one reason to take cell phone video of something on a screen is to completely block the ability to analyze it for manipulation since none of the original source remains.

B1 and B vitamins as well, b1 is low in many peeps and is needed for proper nerve function and repair. High dose b1 can help with nerve pain.

I would also try a good b vitamin supplement, especially including b1. B1 is low in a lot of peeps already and illness depletes it further. Although b1 exists in meat, the now common process of irradiating meat to kill germs also destroys a lot of the b1 which is weak to all forms of radiation.

Was this taken with a potato? Not that I trust Mr Dementia but I also distrust super super low quality video that can more easily hide video manipulation. These days it would be fairly easy to fake this and spread it around. I will need to see a bit of the source and history of this video before I accept it as possibly real.

The railroads may not have been given a choice. All the govt has to do is say that inspectors feel your current operational level and volume is in violation of safety and send a list of new requirements and just about an business would comply. A lot of business owners are hesitant to take strong political stands because which political group is in charge constantly changes so you don't want to piss off either side too much. The best bet is to try to fly under the radar while trying to appear to stay with the main crowd overall. THey have PR departments to help them with that.

"99.9% of these people have families who love them who would jump at the chance to help them get back on their feet."

Having worked with homeless myself, I highly doubt that, many of them come from very bad homes.

Apparently that uses mostly Bing algorithms but with more privacy and no porn. IDK if it's good but it might be less bad?

Some of this stuff is just so super obviously wrong though.

My point is someone is buying up a lot of the properties at a fire sale, why? I guess they could just be very optimistic though. The strategy of buying and holding and letting real estate value increase over the long haul has worked in most USA cities for decades now, they may be just assuming it still will. Or maybe they know something we don't?
