Regarding the emf stuff, that isn’t my wheelhouse, but it’s atleast semi plausible...you know how a microwave oven works right? The wavelengths it emits are only resonant with water, so only the water molecules “heat up” in a microwave. It’s plausible that one could use 5g (i.e. microwave) emitters to pulse energy that is resonant with an inherent frequency of graphene/carbon nanotubes , but I can’t say one way or the other.
