These companies sell ETFs and Mutual Funds which aggregate retail money. It’s the people that own the ETFs and Mutual Funds that really own these companies that make up the market BUT BlackRock and StateStreet and Vanguard VOTE on the orioles behalf. We need a law that says mutual fund and ETFs providers have no say in corporate governance. They are just middle men!!
