I was wrong to be so rigid, it's a brain issue, I have been talking to the community and trying to be flexible and patient, within reason. I haven't been crazy on anyone's case the last 24hrs have I? I understand we are very different creatures though created to complement eachother. I also understand there are some things that I'm not to be doing and not able to do but moderating forum boards isn't one of those things.

I don't have research at the ready about commercial planes but I don't offhand see why the chemical canisters couldn't be fitted to any plane.
It would also make sense to use commercial because they cover the world, daily. It would be efficient.
