I think intelligent design is evident in the precise systems needed to sustain life as we know it, yes. An Ultimate Creator makes the most sense to me.
Within common culture agent smith is used as a slur, similar to other words, even if they are used in jest or sometimes against one's self, it becomes a slippy slope when used against another user and I see no reason not to moderate it according to rule 1.
Free speech within a very small rule set. Rule 1 is to not use your freedom to attack users.

Calling someone agent smith is comparative to calling them a bot and I'm moderating against that, just so you know now.
If you don't know the users why just attack anyone? That's assuming guilt because someone has a different view than you and that is against what we are doing here.
The enemies want us at eachother's throats in the fog of war and we should be able to recognize those on our side even if we don't always agree on everything we can find common ground. Infighting is a design from the powers that be to keep us disorganized and less effective.
