I'm not going to read the book, but I'm glad it was written.

Abstract
Increasingly, peoples’ emotions are datafied through emotional AI. In recent years, the development and deployment of emotional AI has evolved rapidly. One category of data processed by emotional AI is biometric data: hard biometric data, relating to identified or identifiable individuals, and soft biometric data, that cannot identify or single out individuals. Both the processing of hard biometric data and soft biometric data allow to manipulate individuals, and as such may constitute a violation of fundamental rights: in particular, the right to human dignity; the right to a private and family life; and the right to the protection of personal data. Besides those human rights, at an EU level, hard biometric data fall within the scope of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). By definition, as soft biometric data do not enable the identification of an individual, they remain outside the remit of the GDPR. In this chapter we argue that the European Union (EU) regulatory regime governing the usage of emotional AI technologies that process soft biometric data insufficiently safeguards the full exercise of the aforementioned fundamental rights. We analyse the AI Act, and the various inconsistencies it exhibits, prompting questions on its expected effectiveness in regulating the processing of soft biometric data by emotional AI.

None of this is financial advice, it's warnings of how big this is getting

French Rail Operator Trials Digital ID for Passengers French railway operator SNCF has launched a digital ID trial allowing passengers to verify their identity using QR codes generated by the France Identité mobile application. Initially available on InOui TGV trains, the program matches QR code data, including full names and dates of birth, with ticket information, eliminating the need to scan physical tickets unless required by station barriers. The system uses encrypted transmission protocols to ensure data privacy and security. Passengers must still purchase valid tickets, and traditional forms of ID, such as physical ID cards and passports, remain acceptable. The France Identité app is currently limited to French nationals with electronic ID cards issued after 2021 or qualifying driving licenses, excluding passports and residency cards.

Also thank you for the reminder to be in prayer for those losing their temporal experience right now. I didn't mean to seem inconsiderate of the war happening, I was thinking too grandly about the final act in this play, of which I have a habit and probably need to touch grass or something.

I don't think he's a swamp creature or a shill. I think he thinks differently, as do a lot of people, should we be finding our common ground maybe?

I appreciate this word and I appreciate your time and the wisdom you're given.

Please permit me to share my mind without offense, as I mean none. (Edit: except to the evil out there that I do mean to offend)

If I were the devil, I would take the southern kingdom and place it high above its brothers and I would foster such pride as to blind them!

I almost wish they weren't real Jews trying to take over the world, but even if they are of Judah this does not make them obedient, obedience makes you obedient to the one true God, who shows Himself as Jesus the Messiah/ Yeshua HaMashiach. If the tribe of Judah still refuses that notion and under the guise of God's laws continues and advances their persecution of Christ's Church, then we have civil war and the world will not survive. The kingdoms have split in the past, the future cannot sustain it, I think. This is how it goes down, I think.

To be fair, I don't agree with everything said and I don't think they will find the all the tribes as they are looking for them, God knows the blood types and this AI governance nightmare will not prevail against what is His except by His design, and death will be dealt and death to any of His Body will be to His Glory. Babylon will fall and I may die under it's weight but I will not be going gently.

(I've just finished watching and will think on all this a while longer, I may be bringing some thoughts I'm mulling about Ephraim, Judah and Jacob that are seeping into this reply, feelin feisty)

(I haven't watched it all yet, was busy today, but I'll finish tonight) I wonder about this perversion happening and I'm curious what the future holds since I find everyone in power corrupt and in contempt of the Messiah Jesus. I don't think it's too far fetched to imagine a time (that I think is close) in which His followers are killed, by beheading, with guillotines most likely. I don't really care who does it or where they were born.

As profound as philosophy can be, it can also be garbagey
(It matters what it's rooted in, this is funny to me on a few levels)

I wouldn't even say milder. It is absolutely insane how these cults work dude, stuff you'd never think of doing, these people get hijacked man. Satanic ritual abuse.

I'll most likely give this a watch, I'm curious about all cults but this one in particular. There's a movie called 'Going Clear' that was pretty good if you wanna check it out. Edit: also hubbard was friends with jack parsons and he just got a show too, don't watch it, this stuff is being glorified I think.

ABSTRACT

While AI systems are increasingly assuming roles traditionally occupied by human epistemic authorities (EAs), their epistemological status remains unclear. This paper aims to address this lacuna by assessing the potential for AI systems to be recognized as artificial epistemic authorities. In a first step, I examine the arguments against considering AI systems as EAs, in particular the established model of EAs as engaging in intentional belief transfer via testimony to laypeople – a process seemingly inapplicable to intentionless and beliefless AI. Despite this, AI systems exhibit striking epistemic parallels with human EAs, including epistemic asymmetry and opacity that give rise to comparable challenges for both laypeople and AI users. These challenges include the identification problem – how to recognize reliable EAs/AI systems – and the deference problem – determining the appropriate epistemic stance towards EAs/AI systems. Faced with this dilemma, I discuss three possible solutions: 1. reject the concept of artificial EAs, 2. accept that AI can possess beliefs and intentions and thus align with the standard model, or 3. develop an alternative model that encompasses artificial EAs. I argue that while each option has its benefits and costs, a particularly strong case can be made for option 3.

c) Nature doesn't call...it moves hunger and thirst through each being; which forces adaptation by inspiring resistance (need), while tempting ignorance (want).

This is very interesting, thanks!

This is interesting because I do think the silence in battle is the preferrable option, only speaking God's truth will really subdue though, I think. Even if they scream and cry about it haha
edit: also reminds of the song 'Speak Life' by TobyMac
