Thank you for your response. Crossbreeding as we know it might be very limited due to lack of understanding of how to manipulate DNA. The term hijacking Darwinism is an interesting one. In a way I believe we were first created and allowed to physically and mentally evolve and mutate after. Creation is the cause, and evolution is the effect. The Quantum Leap of one phenotype to another might not be fully understood by our limitations of technology. Or simply put, making a being of that nature might not be a moral choice, as it might cause a tremendous amount of suffering.

Comparably, what I think you are saying is that our and the ETs freewill is limited. Similar to a puppet on strings, or perhaps a soul piloting a human body. Limited by our senses, powers and environments.

Time's Arrow might not be a straight line, but rather us traveling around the circumference of circles in an infinite fractal of an Apollonian gasket model. The Alien Identity Problem - Who's Who

One of the problems of trying to sort out which alien is from where and exactly what they are doing here is the profusion of descriptions and cases. Other information comes to us through channelling, which is also a valid source of data. If you don't agree, that’s OK - you don't have to. We have enough corroboration and interrelationships between data to form a small body of data about who these folks are, what types of folks we're dealing with, why they're here, and what they may want. Without further discussion, here is an overview:

Sources of Alien Presence

One of the dangers of advocating one specific source, such as the extra-terrestrial or terrestrial hypothesis is that you will always be proven wrong on the next case you observe. It's a function of Murphy's Law, I guess. After being in the business of research for a long time, here are my personal conclusions for the Sources: 

A. The Physical Universe, This Dimension

It is quite clear from reviewing all the data that it doesn't matter how many light years away the source is. Their technology generally is such that the have a way around large distance, so I don’t want to hear that they come from 38LY away and that they couldn't possibly be interested the Earth. You're Wrong. 

B. This Physical Universe, a Parallel Dimension

By now parallel dimensions are common knowledge. There are apparently as many as 12 main dimensional divisions, with more or less infinite harmonic levels within the scope of theses dimensions. 

C. Another Universe, Another Time and/ or Another Dimension

It is quite apparent that many of the alien visitors have the ability to travel outside our concept of time, and manipulate and fold space to their liking. In fact, many of the upper density folks can manipulate time, mass, energy and consciousness (mass, energy and consciousness being functionally related) any way they wish.

Now, it is well known that many of these beings who come here come in mechanical contrivances that may or may not do one or more of the following:

1. Travel in Space
2. Travel outside of Time
3. Travel between Dimensional Harmonic Frequencies

With all this in mind, I will now relate these factors with more specificity:

With the problem having this large a scope, it is no wonder that the level of confusion among researchers is rather high.

One interesting revelation that has come to light recently is that the race known as the Greys have apparently several kinds of species, either by virtue of genetic breeding or cloning. We have learned of another factor which further serves to complicate the problem of sorting it out - some of the species of that race come from different time-tacks. The group known loosely as the Zeta Reticulans, the ones with the big wrap-around eyes, have a point of origin in our physical future. Here I am referring to the Essessani, which have arrived 300 years in our linear future, telling us that are the product of the cross-breeding between the Zeta Reticulans and Homo Sapiens.

Rationale for Interaction

The following is a list of the potential reasons that alien entities may visit our planet:

2. Monitoring our Development
3. Conquest with possible retardation of our development
4. Aiding our development
5. Co-existent residence in our dimension or a parallel one

Motivation for interaction

There are only two general categories, holistically, why interaction takes place:

1. Service to Self
2. Service to Others

Generally speaking, if the whole motivation is based on either of the above, then one could safely say that for those who (1) as their motivation the probably have negative influences wherever they go. They would not advanced tot he point where they would realize the if their motivation was (2) that (1) would be taken care of anyway.

If it were all understood too soon, many would crumble under the weight of the truth. This earth is covered with windows into those other unseen worlds, If we had the instruments to detect them, we would find that these windows are the focal points for super high frequency waves - the "rays" of ancient lore. These rays might come from Orion or the Pleiades as the ancients claimed, or they might be part of the Universal Intelligent Matrix that emanates throughout all reality systems and dimensions. An interesting analogy: Are bacteria aware of us observing them? Do they have the senses to understand they are being "watched" and catalogued? Similarly, this is how aliens observe us.

With all the hoo-ha surrounding very trivial things in the news at the moment, I believe they are distracting the masses from the increase sightings in UAPs. Disclosure is inevitable. With the masses looking down and doom scrolling we forget to look up.

The irony of science.

What if Jesus was an extraterrestrial that came to earth to change the course of us humans. Gave us parabols to convey complex understanding of life itself. Brought with him healing powers that have been shown in movies like E.T. and Paul. Jesus allowing himself to be sacrificed, as that's what beings of greater love do, unconditionally. In a way, I think many humans today choose to be boots on the ground and help bring humanity closer to healing, and to the Godhead that is life itself. If we look at the stepping stones of our modern society, like the development of language, mathematics, agriculture, metallurgy, chemistry, electricity and finally technology, it does seem like we were given assistance to achieve those stepping stones.

From stories that talk about humans given "fire" from Prometheus, to the Adam and eve project seeding their genes to make the species more intelligent, we are constantly reminded about the heavenly gifts we have been given. Of course what I mean by heavenly is outer dimensional space and time. The higher dimensions that we aren't able to perceive because of the limitations of our senses.

Various religions and the occult honor and worship these higher beings. The entertainment industry (lol hollywood basements) continues to promote that Alien life forms exist which suggest that they are using it as a soft disclosure, reveal.
