Grew up, went to school, fell in love, got married, grew old, experienced loss... the whole deal. And there are multiple reports of this exact phenomenon. Time dilation so extreme we have no way of quantifying it. People come back from the relatively short trip confused and alarmed that they aren’t the person they had just spent the past 90 perceived years as.
