The nhs Covid pass I needed to get in just involved me messaging the nhs to say I'd had a negative test, which they then texted me back as a confirmation. Have you been to Morocco? Most of the population use apothecaries for traditional remedies, not pharmacies and barter in souks for goods, the majority don't even take cards it's cash only. Here in the UK meanwhile cash is being faded out fast, half the shops won't take it (which is still illegal). Sure, there are some new-town westernized areas but there is no chance half of Morocco will adopt this.
