guess that is what happens when you pay wages so low noone but migrants with no knowledge, no skills and no work morale want to work those jobs. i have seen it myself when working at the harbor, some of these oriental dudes literally took off in the middle of the shift and took a nap between the nacelles that we were loading

I'm from Germany and when ever I struggled with money it took me less than a day to get some minimum wage shit job i could work for a month for some extra bucks. It is obvious why people don't want to work these jobs though, i never worked them longer as i had to either.
