(This is simple explanation) they have you do tai chi before and some circular movements like your moving hands over water. You then stand feet shoulder length apart. Hands above like your hands and forearms are pushing against a wall. Next feet turn left with hands infront as if resting on a table. Then same but to the right and then center. The training is to advance and later hang a tissue from a thread from the ceiling and use your chi to move it. By pointing your first two fingers at it. Extending your chi from the ground into your body and out finger. Eventually developing to be able to snuff out a flame of a candle and then increase the distance. I was doing it for some time on stage one. For 1hr a day 3 months 4 exercises before life and work interfered. I have trained in chi development through tai chi and other internal arts. It just takes practice and can pick it up not from beginning but where you left off. Also chi is engaged by tucking tai bone, dropping your chin, hollowing out your chest/ rounding out your back, relax shoulders and drop your elbows like holding a barrel. (Horse stance) Test it by having a friend push on your forearms. If it collapses the chi is not there on the outside of your arms. Keep arms rounded and dont let elbows go past 90 degrees or it will collapse: also sit in a horse with your toes and knees pointing in. Knees out help resist pressure from the side. Energy comes up from the ground through legs up to the junction box in your back and out through your finger tips.

Or you can just get rid of currency. No one can think of a world without money. Money is what enslaves us. If it wasnt a paper rectangle it would be a shinny rock (gold). Our behaviors dont have to be reinforced by this. We dont have to “work” for these things to live. Tech is available for advancement. There are people willing to pursue it. Others can pursue spiritual endeavors and be community workers. Hard to believe that 3 hours a week of community service by a town of 5,000 cant have free energy, clean water, streets, no crime, incentivize people to create that and jobs for their community in their town, and still have time to do whatever they want to do in life.
Say that there are 9 types of spiritual planets, and earth and planets like it are type 1. Developing your spirit allows you to reincarnate here, on a similar planet, or a planet with higher spiritual development depending on what you do in your current life. With continued development you may advance or choose to stay on a lower level to help others advance. With continued spiritual development you wouldnt need 3,200,000 lifetimes. I would reckon over 100 and by then you might find yourself on a spiritual advanced planet that can keep you alive for 1000 years before you die. If your on another planet this rotation wouldnt matter. Nothing does except spiritual advancement of self and others. Tech can help but can also kill.
Or they were ancient aliens that lived here and slowly lost their tech due to catastrophes and when other aliens came to remind them of their spiritual self they abused, distorted the info to control others.
