I'm no more in a league than you are. You're upset that Trump lost the election. I get that. I've said this before, but I was pretty bummed in '16 when Johnson failed to reach that magic 5% threshold despite on track polling ahead of the election. I was dejected. But, you know, I kinda looked up, realized that we put forward a pretty dopey candidate and moved on with my life.
As far as what makes Trump more of a cult figure than Biden, that's pretty simple: it's the fanaticism. Biden voters were far more apathetic to their candidate than Trump voters to theirs. You'll find the same level of fanaticism, albeit at a smaller percentage of the total voting populace, for someone like AOC or Bernie Sanders, not Joe Biden. Bernie or AOC supporters are much like Trump's supporters in their fervent, undying support and dedication. Biden voters, meh, not as much. A majority of voters just want shit to be better than it was the last time they voted, particularly if there's an incumbent running. And, well, it wasn't for many, many voters. That's why Trump lost. He didn't do a good job for many Americans, and they booted him out.
I've said this before, and I'll likely say it again, but people didn't vote for Biden. They voted against Trump.
You talk to the average, everyday American, and they don't give a shit about Hunter Biden smoking crack or Donald Trump fucking a porn star. They don't care. They want their paycheck to go up, their taxes to stay low and their kids to get a decent education. The things you and I jump on and on about just don't matter to them. And those people voted for Biden in greater numbers.

They have gotten spanked in court. Showing up without evidence means your case is tossed. If you sue someone for hitting your car but they don't have a car and live in another state, well, your lawsuit gets thrown out.
