Comstock Oil signed a lease agreement through A-Squared Leasing with us in December 2020.
The leasing agent was up front and honest. Comstock was in a hurry to set up a rig in the platt section where our property is. The plan was to drill, hit natural gas, then cap the well.
We have a five year royalty lease. We have received only two checks, then they ended once Biden took office.
We have been assured it will be reopened and the royalty checks will continue.
