I get so paranoid and im vocal about it. Even went to the hospital numerous times over the paranoia. Explaining to the doctors the logic behind my paranoia they always write me off as sleep deprevation or stress because they clearly can see I am not adding anything to my system to induce the paranoia. But after explaining the logic to the doctors you know they believe what I say as their reality, because I understand my "paranoia" actually is happening in the real world.
