I did a bit of research and I would appreciate external opinions on that.

The voice has slight alterations in the way of communication and I am not 100% sure if it's the same person. Please consider listening and comparing, and review the ending part - that is ridiculous... So, only from those two videos, it could be suggested that either they are made by different people with similar voices in order to cover up the original, or it is the same guy and he is a propagandist - providing little truth with many lies as details.

However, having good sources for this: illogical media coverage of the channel to help him have followers (never heard this done for a supposed whistleblower); underlining his ridiculous statements. However, the voice of this person gets clearer when he talks with his... colleague or w/e. On the other hand, the voice on the original is pretty ruff but again gets clearer around the 20 min mark. Again, you be the judge on voice similarity.
If you write the same name on youtube, you get someone who was allegedly killed, allegedly sharing "secrets from silicon valley" and pay attention to this voice - youtube link. Nothing similar to the original. He may have started with his original voice and changed it along the way to sound more convincing or the original video contains that he was poisoned which could be the reason for the voice. Again, make your own conclusion. Just FYI - the youtube video is of someone who is clearly lying and not even aware in most cases what should be saying - of that, I am 100% sure.

Some Youtube channels are paid to exist and attract the thinkers. He mentions Alex Jones as being a shill. Although, many have different opinions on him, he was the person, the only person, to popularize the only video of the Bohemian Grove. Makes no sense to reveal so much information for a TV show that is rarely watched.

All youtube account are revealing true information but they are paid, he states. Just a reminder, his video is on youtube and he had a channel there.

Alright, this is turning into a very long post and I believe anyone with a critical mind and reviewing the other sources can confirm for themselves that this guy is clearly lying. As I remember, he continues with "Trump is part of their plan", "he will be a King of Jerusalem" lol, "mentions the blackouts and that some people will disappear", "mentions fake news", "the wall" - pretty much understands the Zionistic plan (of which I am confident to confirm that he is a part of) and provides some truths for credibility.
So, overall, "the whistleblower" has documents (no proof), tells us to not leave comments on youtube (you know, the whistleblower), fear, fear, fear, Trump-bad, and "he is tasked with his duty to send the information out -> conveniently reported dead by... the video and only the video. That's a very good and positive reply but I did more research on this guy only to confirm him as a Zionist shill. Rest easy, these "predictions" are due to him being a part of the zionist agenda and the alleged future is not as he is stating that.
